Historic rehabilitation of the Rock Spring School Building located at 3974 Sarpy Avenue in St. Louis into commercial office space.  The approximate 20,000 square foot building was designed by William B. Ittner and originally constructed in 1898. The school’s unique design provides four classrooms on each of the four floors, which all possess at least two walls of window exposure.
